Refund & Return Policy

At WellMony Store, every order is created with care and made especially for you.
Because many of our items are custom-made or digital, our refund policy differs slightly for physical products and digital downloads.

Please read carefully below before placing your order.


PRODUCTS

Each physical item (t-shirts, hoodies, posters, mugs, tote bags, etc.) is made to order. We do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues such as wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

However, we gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged,

  • The item is defective, or

  • You receive the wrong product.

To request a replacement or refund:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@wellmony.com and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos showing the issue (damaged or incorrect item)

  3. A brief description of the problem

Once your claim is reviewed, we’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Note: Refunds are not guaranteed if you fail to provide sufficient proof of the issue or if more than 7 days have passed since delivery.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital items (eBooks, printable materials, digital planners, or guides) are non-refundable.
Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges once the file has been downloaded.

If you experience any issue accessing your download or the file appears corrupted, please contact us at info@wellmony.com, and we’ll make sure you receive a working copy.


CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has entered production (for print-on-demand items) or has been delivered (for digital products), it cannot be canceled.
If you made a mistake at checkout, contact us immediately at info@wellmony.com — we’ll do our best to assist you before production begins.


REFUND PROCESSING

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
